Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at julianaferreirastore!
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase for non-personalized items only. If it has been 30 days since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.
We do not refund or accept returns on personalized items.
Spelling errors, recording information, images or others are the sole responsibility of the customer, we do not accept complaints or returns due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to julianaferreirastorept@gmail.com so we can control and forward it.

All personalized items
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back without receiving the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
We do not provide refunds on personalized items!
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary and may not be the same as the estimated time on the day of purchase.
When you choose the NORMAL CTT shipping option you are accepting the shipping terms. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items or delays in delivery of the order when the shipping option chosen is via normal CTT!
When you choose the shipping option via REGISTERED CTT or EXPRESS ORDER, we accept claims for damaged products received after photographic proof. The products will be sent back exactly the same as when purchased, WITH NO CHANGES allowed in the personalization.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
